KAT VON D LAUNCHES GLOBAL CAMPAIGN

 

The animal activist and entrepreneur is launching a global a month-long campaign on World Vegan Day, promoting veganism through giveaways and experiences.

 

Just in time for World Vegan Day, the vegan animal activist, cosmetics entrepreneur and tattoo artist, Kat Von D has launched a month-long campaign.#KVDBxVegan is the brand’s global effort to promote the vegan lifestyle through product giveaways and experiences.

 

The campaign includes various promotional activities through numerous partnerships between the brand and vegan restaurants around the globe, including Crossroads Kitchen in Los Angeles, Gracias Madre in West Hollywood, HRVST in Singapore and Smith & Daughters in Melbourne, Australia. As part of the promotion, customers will be gifted a free Mini Everlasting Liquid Lipstick when purchasing a vegan meal in these restaurants.

 

The brand will also promote the campaign through product giveaways on  select Instagram profiles, picked by the Brand’s founder. These will include Peta, Peta Latino, and Crossroads Kitchen.

 

And that’s not all! The company will also host an ‘Ultimate Beauty Haul’ giveaway, encompassing a selection of Kat Von D products and other cruelty-free and vegan brands like House of Lashes and Arm the Animals.

 

Von D told VegNews,” For me, it’s all about normalizing veganism … I like style, I like luxe products and artfully minded packaging that’s not brown and green. To me, it’s very appealing to give the world of veganism an updated, modern face.”
